What is my approach?
I believe therapy begins with trust. Many clients come to me after feeling misunderstood or unsupported in the past, so I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate space where you can share openly without judgement. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and humanistic techniques. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore what’s getting in the way, and develop strategies that support your healing, growth, and well-being.
