Kasey Hopkins
M.S.W., LCSW
Kasey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. With over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families through life’s hardest moments, she brings compassion, calm, and a down-to-earth approach to therapy.
Her work has included everything from guiding clients through grief and trauma, to supporting families in crisis, to leading group therapy that helps people find connection and hope. Kasey is especially skilled in trauma-informed care, coping strategies, and strengths-based practices—always meeting her clients where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.
Before focusing her practice in Redding, Kasey worked extensively in child protective services in Texas, hospice care, and community outreach. These experiences taught her the importance of resilience, empathy, and creating safe spaces for people to share their stories.
When she’s not in session, Kasey enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, bird watching, connecting with her community, and staying curious about the many ways people grow and heal.
Her goal is simple: to walk alongside her clients with empathy and encouragement, and to help them discover their own strength in the process.

Individual Psychology is a therapeutic approach that looks at the whole person rather than just symptoms. It focuses on how our feelings of belonging, goals, and sense of purpose shape the way we live and relate to others. By exploring strengths, challenges, and personal meaning, it helps people build confidence, improve relationships, and create a more fulfilling life.
